Ability Beyond Sight

Upon meeting the Founder of Ability Beyond Sight, Shaleek became overwhelmed by her passion for working with the blind and the success of Ability Beyond Sight’s two-year Pilot Program “I-AM Possible” and as a result is now focusing his time on reinventing a 600-hour massage therapy program, in collaboration with the American Institute of Massage Therapy, tailored to the learning needs of individuals who are blind, to succeed as licensed massage therapists based on highly successful models in the Far East. Shaleek is committed to Ability Beyond Sight’s Mission to encourage and empower massage therapists who just happen to be blind and, hopes through the organization’s Train-To-Hire Program to become one of New Jersey’s and beyond leading trainers for the blind.
